"My tractor's hydraulic controller began leaking two days before a major storm was due to hit the area. The needed part was in Georgia, but Dickinson had it shipped overnight. When the part arrived, I had several installation questions. The counter rep answered what questions he could but then walked back to the shop and brought a mechanic up to help out. This has been my experience on numerous occasions where they'll take the time to help answer customer questions. They carry a wide selection of equipment and parts, and what they don't have they'll order and have it there, usually in a day or two. Their knowledgeable and friendly people and great customer service make it a place I enjoy doing business with."
